Gold Coast- based erotic romance authors, H.C. Brown and Diane Demetre scooped Luminosity Publishing’s 2015 Awards. H.C Brown won the Bestselling Author Award 2015 and Diane Demetre was voted the Reader’s Choice Award for Best Book 2015 and Best Cover 2015.
Like the classic veteran and the rookie story, these two authors had only a professional relationship online for many months. After winning the awards they finally met and discovered they lived only a few streets away from each other.
As a Romance Writers of Australia Mentor, H.C. provided advice and direction to Diane in her journey to publication. Following in the steps of her mentor, Diane submitted her first manuscript to Luminosity Publishing and was snapped up for speedy publication. Now nine months later, the two local authors have scooped the publisher’s 2015 Awards.

I take my characters into many different worlds and situations but all my stories have happy endings. This year I have taken a new exciting path in my career. I have recently finished a novel titled “Run.” A story about a serial killer roaming the Kimberley region of Australia and the women intent on bringing him to justice.
A woman who has always done things a little differently, Diane Demetre writes love stories with a twist and laced with the divine feminine. Her debut novel, Dancing Queen, Dance of Love, Book One, follows the erotic adventures of a recently divorced forty-two-year-old ex-dancer from the Moulin Rouge, who leaps into her new singledom with unbridled passion. Diane’s second book, Tiny Dancer is due for release 1 March and her third book, Dance to a Gypsy Beat is scheduled for a mid-2016 release.
